"Staff were great, the restaurant is delicious and has an amazing Sunday brunch. Hotel is a bit older, the tv doesn’t have any steaming options. It’s a smart tv and you need to log in on the internet to access apps and the internet doesn’t have the capacity to support that. No confectionery on site, there is a vending machine in the lobby. Gym is ok, older equipment and warm. Nice location downtown and by the river. Parking is gated which helps to feel secure. Room is renovated."

"The stay itself was decent, but be cautious if you’re booking a rate that includes breakfast. Confirm in advance whether children are covered. In my case, I was given a complimentary breakfast only for myself and asked to pay separately for my kids, which wasn’t clearly communicated at booking. I ended up skipping the breakfast altogether. The front desk staff were also not particularly helpful in resolving the issue. Based on this experience, I wouldn’t choose this property again."

"Construction outside made is difficult for my cab driver to get in so i had to walk a few blocks. Also ordered food and driver couldn't drop off food so i had to go meet him. Heater wasnt working in my room as well as it was snowing."
