The room was not as pictured there were not two bedside tables. He had to bring one in. They had to come spray the room because there was a terrible odor in it. They had to hang a mirror above the bathroom sink. He had to bring more towels and these were not new towels. First night there my husband and I found out how dirty the floors were because we both had black feet and black socks. The bathtub was not cleaned. It was rather scary to take a shower in there. The door didn’t lock as we left. The room air conditioner was up so high we couldn’t see how to adjust it. They were remodeling rooms as we were there. It was hard to navigate the parking lot when we asked him about the pictures we had seen on the site he said well those were old ones. I had to have him change the pillowcases and sheetssheets because they had spots on them. There were only two plug-ins in the whole room and they didn’t work right. The switch for the light above the sink was even with the light high on the wall, so that was very inconvenient. I do not recommend this place unless it’s the last place in town and you have to have it so I repeat I do not recommend this place at all.
Our experience at this hotel was VERY disappointing from the start, with conditions getting worse the further our stay progressed The remodeling efforts seemed to be the root of some issues, including a parking lot littered with nails that unfortunately damaged one of my tire. Despite the hotel's claim of being dog-friendly, they lack grass on the premises. We were informed that our booking was non-refundable, which seemed inflexible. The room's air conditioning unit was mounted high on the wall, making it difficult to adjust without assistance. Uponcentering the room the carpets were dirty, grimey feeling, the bathroom tub showed significant rust on the knobs and spout and drain, which was particularly concerning given my partner's health situation. The room's cleanliness was a huge concern, with dirty bed sheets. Notably, the staff seemed absent, leaving us to deal with issues on our own, including a jammed door that took over 10 minutes to open after I became locked in. The lack of amenities such as TV wouldn't work no WiFi, than thin, cheap towels, we could have paid less down the road, this made for a really regrettable stay. Given these issues, I would strongly advise against recommending this hotel. They charged me for my service dog. Oklahoma law states they can ask one question, my dog had all her tags and miro chip. They BROKE THE LAW by charging me for our service dog! They demanded papers. I don't have to show papers!! I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS HOTEL!!
