"I waited two hours to check in. I had to sit in my car and wait to check in because they are made didn’t have the room done yet. That was very very disappointing. I was very tired, exhausted and almost reconsidered staying there."

"No coffee pot in room although available in the lobby 24-7. Issues. Problems: Half size luggage Cart. Had to make 2 trips Room Design: Sliding single door between closet and bathroom is a bad idea. Cannot fully close the bathroom which means that I had to use the lobby bathroom in order to avoid odors in the man room plus not private enough as door does not seal. Also like traditional drawers; not wire pullouts. Need a solid bottom. Some improvements, while cheaper to build diminish the experience. Will have to re-think my travel plans."
