"I was very hesitant to stay here because it was very heavily advertised by influencers and you know you can’t really trust them. But I read reviews and decided to take a chance based on the positive reviews I saw. I am pleased to say that i was very pleasantly surprised.
We were concerned driving up to the property but once we parked and took a closer look, all our worries washed away.
The staff was exceptionally attentive. They were able to get me a room a little earlier than expected which was a pleasant surprise. The rooms were clean and beautiful. The entire hotel is beautiful! They have a trolley to universal that runs every hour, right on time! It was incredibly convenient and charming. We only stayed for one night but i really wished I would have stayed longer. I have to really nitpick to think of something that I didn’t like about the hotel. I will say that they had some strange wording in their restaurant menu about a 15% charge on your order. It was unclear if it was a gratuity or a fee. It read something like a liveable wage fee idk.
Either way it kind of discouraged us from eating there, we ended up eating at universal. But overall I lt was an excellent hotel. I highly recommend for a clean, safe, wonderful experience"
