"Le personnel n'est pas accueillant "

"L'accueil du personnel très sympathique et ont été très accommodant. On a eu besoin à quelque reprises de leur service et à chaque fois, la réponse a été rapide . L'emplacement est sécuritaire et tres bien situé."

"Séjour incroyable en Martinique chez Catherine ! La villa est spacieuse, très calme et parfaitement équipée. La literie est extrêmement confortable, ce qui nous a permis de vraiment nous reposer. La décoration est très jolie et soignée, on s’y sent immédiatement bien. La propriété se situe dans un parc sécurisé et magnifique, à proximité immédiate de la splendide Plage du Diamant, ainsi que des commerces. "Staff was great. Breakfast ok but very busy when we were there and food was only warm. Great coffee machine. This is definitely more of a hostel environment than a hotel and taxis from the airport are ridiculously expensive and difficult to hire. Taxi to cruise port was a tad more reasonable. I can’t honestly recommend this hotel despite lovely staff. "

"There is NO beach at this hotel. There is a small , not very nice beach a short distance away but it is NOT a beach for spending any time. The hotel room had an ocean view but also a view of the port, which is the neighbouring property, and the marina. The pool is very small and the chairs around it are few. As far as value for money goes it doesn't match the price. The gym is minuscule and breakfast is NOT included. We had to pay 17 Euro per person for breakfast AND there are no nearby...

"The staff was great and the property was as well. The room was lovely and I had a great view of the Carnival parade. I will stay here next time I visit Martinique. Also, they have onsite parking which is beneficial for staying near the parade site."

"The hotel is walking distance to the ferry terminal and restaurants. If you need a room for a night you can tough it out. The room was clean but needs refurbishing. Wifi connection was poor. There was no iron, fridge or station to make tea or coffee in the room. "
