"We enjoyed our stay at Village Heights Resort. The staff were amazing and looked after us well. The food was great, with plenty of choice to choose from, including the variety of restaurants they have. Rooms were of good size and were cleaned daily. "Casa Blu and all the staff was exactly what we wanted from our holiday. The hotel was spotless, the staff couldn’t have been more helpful and polite. The location was fantastic! Tavernas, cafes and restaurants were only a short walk away. We would highly recommend it and will be looking at going back for sure"

"Bella Vista is a small, family run hotel. It’s a bit of a walk to the nearest beach (40 mins) but what it offers more than compensates for this. Eli, Spiros and Melanie are the most welcoming team we have ever had the pleasure to meet. I am sorry not to know the name of the chef, the other breakfast lady and the lovely housekeeper. "Good spacious apartment, ours was a bit tired but work in progress. Lots of steps around resort so not really suitable for people with walking difficulties. Always free sun beds, says not to reserve but people still do, free aircon but only had hot water once in 6 days. Pool bar opens 09:00-17:00 needs to be open a bit later 10:00-18:00 maybe. All in all exceeded our expectations and great value for money, would stay again"

"Avis mitigé pour ce joli hôtel. Points positifs : accueil et personnel agréable, petit-déjeuner et dîner de haute qualité, parking facile. Matelas confortable et magnifiques piscines. Points négatifs : malgré 4 appels à la réception et le passage (probable) d'un technicien, la climatisation ne produisait aucune fraîcheur. 28 degrés dans la chambre, impossible d'avoir une vraie nuit de sommeil donc. Pour un hôtel en Crete à plus de 350€ la nuit et affichant 4 étoiles, ce n'est pas vraiment...

"Recently renovated rooms, pool and bar areas, all done to a high standard. The staff really make this place somewhere you want to come back. Such a friendly place with a relaxed vibe during the day and sociable bar at night. Loads of bars and restaurants on the doorstep, although the food and drinks served in the bar are lovely and great value for money. Like everywhere in Koutouloufari there are a lot of stairs so maybe no good if you have a pushchair or limited mobility. Can't wait to go...
