Very nice room quiet good. Breakfast was really nice but you have to order in advance (all in Portuguese)wasn't that clear at first and only serve from 8am which for us is too late. No coffee available before that time!

Atendimento é impecável, todos muito atenciosos e queridos. O luan que atende na piscina se destaca por sempre atender nossos pedidos e sorriso no rosto. Usamos serviço de massagem, transfer e aula de kite e todos excelentes. Hotel bem afastado de tudo, então é para quem quer paz e não faz questão de sair. O que não precisa pq a comida é MUITO boa!!!! Quarto para duas pessoas tamanho ideal, ponto negativo, cortinas que não vedam a entrada do Sol as 5 da manhã, e as frestas da porta do Quarto faziam com que se deixássemos a luz acesa a noite o quarto era dominado por bichos, eles entram pelas frestas da porta que não vedam direito. Isso foi bastante incômodo. Na piscina, as camas não tem um sombreiro, fazendo com que a tarde fique insuportável desfrutar das camas que são Uma delícia, pois não existe sombra, os sombreiros que tem São vazados, uma pena pq a piscina é uma delícia. Deveria ter uns ombrelones, a gente usava os cardápios do restaurante para tapar sol do rosto e conseguir ficar. Falta mto esse item, ia deixar a piscina mto mais confortável. Por fim, ficamos mto chateadas com a ceia do ano novo, entendemos que o hotel pediu para fecharmos antes do dia 25. Quando chegamos já não dava mais tempo de fechar, mas se recusaram a nos servir uma salada ou uma massa simples, sendo que o hotel é bem afastado de tudo, eram duas hóspedes, pedimos qualquer coisa para comer e não deixaram. Entendo que se o hotel funciona um restaurante , nao custava nos servir uma massa.

Atendimento perfeito. Hotel incrível

Minha estadia foi simplesmente excepcional! Desde o momento da chegada até a partida, fui recebido com hospitalidade e atenção genuínas. O quarto confortável tem uma varanda com uma escada que desce diretamente para uma enorme piscina. A equipe do hotel foi extremamente profissional e sempre disposta a ajudar, tornando minha estadia ainda mais agradável. As instalações estavam impecáveis e o ambiente do hotel era tranquilo e relaxante. A gastronomia do hotel merece destaque especial. Cada refeição era uma delícia, com pratos frescos e saborosos que refletiam a culinária local.
