The room was a great size but it was a bit dirty. Staff was nice and helpful. There was a galleria right across the street with good shopping stores and food court.

The staff was great, and the food and evening events were enjoyable. However, the drinks were terrible—I’m almost certain they were not serving real alcohol. The pools also closed far too early. All pools shut down at 8 p.m., and the adults-only pool should have stayed open until at least 11 p.m. The rooms are very outdated, with visible rust in the sinks and throughout the bathrooms. Overall, I still enjoyed my stay, but this property could be much better. It clearly needs significant reinvestment.

Staff were great, all of them! Special acknowledge to the staff at kids Center, so nice. Location great, however at a noisy intersection, no need for alarm clocks, be ready to awaken by constant bus horns. Overall great value for price.

The noise from the hotel and from outside is terribly loud. The bathrooms are dated, the water flow and temperature from the shower is inconsistent fluctuating from way too hot to too cold. It’s an all inclusive but they add water to the juice and beverages, and use fake look alike food (fake surimi) to feed the people.

Horrible experinece did not stay even for 10 min.

I did not stay the place was completely different to what I booked online. I requested a better room or a refund and neither one of them was granted. You Hotels.com did not help me get my money back I'm very disappointed

La comida, de muy mala calidad, sus bebidas salvo la coca cola por qué no consumo alcohol, es lo mejor que tienen, limonadas o naranjadas o cualquier otra cosa es agua con hielo y color no saben a nada. Las habitaciones no limitan ruido, súper escandalosas por los camiones y ruido de la calle, no se recomiendo si vas de descanso, el personal muy amable, pero la verdad para mí no es un todo incluido, quedan a deber!
