This is the second time we have stayed at the traders hotel and this time was better than last year. The service across the hotel has definitely reached another level compared to last year. Mya at reception was very friendly when we were in the process of checking in. We checked in and went straight to the beach where all your team are 5 stars. Khaled helped us throughout the week at the beginning of each day. I wanted to list all the team at the beach that we interacted with: Man badhu Francis Khaled Delowar Sabin Nanda Delowar also provided my mum with an ice pack for her foot. All the team we interacted with at the beach were all excellent and very helpful. They are a big credit to the Traders hotel. I have stayed in other 5* hotels in Dubai and your team are much better. They contributed to our happiness with our holiday. Atul was very helpful during breakfast. We also had lunch sometimes in the hotel and it was a good experience. In terms of breakfast, I was surprised there was no alternative milk on our first day. My only feedback is to have more healthier cereals. Everyone was very friendly who I interacted with. It’s a great hotel and taxis are always available. We took the abra on our last evening and Rahim was excellent. He took our photos and was very friendly. Overall, the hotel has continued to improve and I would definitely pick the Traders hotel when I come back to Abu Dhabi

Great place to stay in Abu Dhabi. Not far from the airport. Nice beach, good restaurant, very welcoming people. The room was very clean and the housekeepers were great.

Très bon sejour

Bon séjour au calme, accès à la plage permet de passer un agréable moment avec une belle vue dont les couchers de soleil. Les chambres sont petites ceci dit mais confortables avec une salle de bain bien équipée. Le petit déjeuner est très bon avec un manager et des serveurs à l’écoute. La terrasse du restaurant offre une vue sur plage. Isabel a l’accueil et Hamza au service d’étage sont très avenants et très compétents nous avons vraiment apprécié leur travail ! Seul petit défaut qui n’en est pas un mais un coup de rafraîchissement aux chambres ne ferait pas de tord.

Xmas @Traders

I spent my Xmas vacations at this wonderful hotel. John who assisted me and I have to say the check was swift and professional. He was polite and extremely helpful to fulfil my requests. The decorated lobby was full of festive cheer. It's so bright and beautiful to lift u up in spirit. The room was spacious and extremely clean. I really love the view of the water and the city lights in the background so tranquil. I truly enjoyed the morning swim on the private beach area. I ordered a lamb briyani from room service which was well prepared with the perfect amount of spice and meat. Very delicious. This was a truly relaxed and well spent Xmas break.

Le surclassement de chambre pour le séjour m a été facturé 500€…… l hotel m a fournit une corbeille de fruit avec 2 pommes 2 oranges et 2 bananes pour s excuser……. Par contre ils n ont pas proposé le remboursement du surclassement….. si je retourne à Abu Dhabi j éviterais cet hôtel…..

1. The drink and service wait was over an hour not 20 minutes as 25 minutes went by and we had to go up to the lifeguards 4/5 times to ask what was happening and was met with a reply of go inside and order! This is purely unacceptable. 1.1. Breakfast service was awful dirty tables not being cleared and being key with unhelpful staff. 2. My issue with the guy delivering the additional items to our room was not a time issue it was an issue he would not leave my room after several prompts as me saying goodbye where I there had to be stern. This is not acceptable for a lone female in her room to be presented with this issue as my husband was in the shower. 3. The room was incredibly dusty.

The staff here are fabulous, from check in to check out. Hamza at the concierge desk, Francis one of the lifeguards on the beach all make you feel valued. It was my birthday while I was there and they went to the trouble of sending a lovely chocolate cake (it tasted amazing) to my room. There is literally nothing that is too much trouble to them. I look forward to going again soon!!

Nice hotel - only a 15 min drive from airport. Good size rooms and a good location. We only stayed one night but adequate for what we needed.

We are very disappointed that we lost shoes, kids clothes, skirts, underwear, pants, etc that we bought for our families. We didn’t expect this could happen in Abu Dabi. Other than, We enjoyed the breakfast. It would be perfect stay if we didn’t loss our stuff. I recommended everyone to lock their luggage. There is always bad people around.

L’albergo si trova in posizione gradevole e tranquilla fuori dal caos della città. È dotato di una spiaggia privata ottima, con lettini (alcuni da risistemare )comodi e ottimo personale che alla minima richiesta è pronto ad accontentare ogni esigenza del cliente. La spiaggia è dotata di asciugamani, acqua fresca e giocattoli per bambini. La stanza (camera superior) molto grande arredata in stile caldo e confortevole, ogni giorno veniva pulita e dotata di acqua . Consiglio la grigliata di pesce del venerdì sera, ottima è servita sulla spiaggia con un bel tramonto. L’unico inconveniente era il prezzo della colazione diverso se pagato presso la struttura ( online sul sito dell’albergo e su expedia era la metà).
