This is a beautiful property with excellent staff who are truly a pleasure to know. It’s let down by the amount of children who sit and splash around the swim up bar . The rules of no under 16s at the bar are not enforced . Maybe considering and adults only pool rather than a kids water park area which is unused would be better for your customers. I’m sure more would return if this happened . All in all it’s a beautiful well maintained hotel with fantastic food and amazing staff .

Overall great hotel. Superb facilities with excellent levels of entertainment for all ages; families with or without children. A la carte dining options are authentic and very well executed. The New Year’s Gala Dinner was fantastic and a credit to all whom organised it. The rooms are comfortably appointed and the hotel is spotless; cleaned regularly and rigorously every day. The all inclusive package makes the difference with children and is generally very good value for money. Thoroughly recommended.

Say yes to Rixos.

Absolutely great hotel. It was spotless and the service and amenities fantastic. The food was outstanding and no two days the same. A big shout out to Keenan in the diningroom he is an absolute star. He kept the same table for us, had drinks ready on arrival, his service was second to none.

What an amazing hotel, the staff were so friendly. The receptionist Harman was lovely. She helped us out so much. There was a lovely young lad, Wendell, who did our drinks for us such a amazing character, another lovely person called Zebh we met at the bar was so friendly, the food was to die for I’ve never had such tasty food ever on holiday. The rooms were nice. We had a family room but we never wanted a family room because we went as friends and it was a bit awkward having a family room.. we had a bad experience with a taxi driver that was ordered from the front door of the hotel, but the company that hired the taxi driver was at fault, not the hotel, all in all the hotel was beautiful. The ambience in the restaurants were lovely and food was amazing. You can’t go wrong! Thank you Rixos you were amazing x

Beach and the sea are amazing. Pool was great- cool water, good, chilled not too loud music. Drinks at pool bar served very quick. Plenty of sun beds. Staff amazing and professional throughout. Lobby bar-excellent service for either a cocktail or coffee with a cake. Great decor. Aircon in the room was really annoying- had to be set really cold for the moisture/humidity not to condensate on the floor, furniture, mirrors. Although there was plenty of food and presentation was great it wasn't the best quality, everything seemed to taste the same.

Stayed at the Rixos Premium Saadiyat Island for 16 nights and could have stayed longer. The concierge team on arrival were excellent, very polite and professional. Our bags arrived at our room at the same time we opened the door. The front desk staff were helpful in moving our room closer to the main pool as requested, just our preference of location. Food at the hotel: you can’t book à la carte restaurants until the 3rd day of your stay, which is okay if you’re on a long stay like we were, but if you’re staying only a week, you won’t get the full benefits as they are often booked out unless you want a 9pm reservation. If you have young kids, it’s not really an option to go out for dinner that late. The restaurants you can book for à la carte are really good options all around for adults, with a different mixture of choices. The only downside is they didn’t have many options for kids’ meals other than chicken nuggets and chips. It would be nice to see more options for kids. The kids’ club is excellent. The team are really helpful and very polite, and the kids always wanted to go back for more playtime. The kids’ waterpark needs a little TLC; it looked a little worn down the year before, and this year you can see it needs updating and repairs in certain areas. The wave pool was good and is in better condition than the water park. The pool staff at the main pool are always polite and really quick to deliver drinks when ordered. The lifeguards are great too. Overall I would give this stay a 2.5/5. I will provide pros and cons: Pros: 1. Staff were friendly and accommodating. Firoj and Ameer remembered our drink orders and stood out to us. Dona at reception was very helpful and polite! 2. The lobby is beautifully decorated and the courtyard was lovely to sit in. Drink service in the lobby lounge was always excellent. 3. Smooth check in process. Cons: 1. Food poisoning!!! We strictly only ate from the hotel (obviously - it was an all inclusive!). On the last night right before checking out I got severe food poisoning and this completely ruined the last day of my holiday. I’ve been unwell all week since. During my visit I did notice a lot of first aiders on site so it makes me wonder if lots of other guests have had the same issue? 2. The service at this hotel was good but not as excellent as Rixos JBR. 3. The shampoo/conditioner/body wash was secured to the walls which meant when using the bathtub you were unable to access these amenities. It also took away from the “premium” feel of the stay - this is the kind of behaviour you expect at a cheap travel lodge. 4. The kids pool was quite cold compared to the adults pool. Unfortunately the music at the adults pool is far too loud to enjoy sunbathing or relaxing in that area. 5. Resort is quite small compared to how it is advertised on social media. 6. A la carte restaurants were awful. The food at the buffet was much nicer. Booking was awful. Overall was NOT a premium stay.

Let me start with the positives: the service at Turquoise restaurant was genuinely excellent. Chris, Jim Kelly, Mary, Vivek, Bibek and the entire kitchen crew were attentive, professional and consistently friendly. They were clearly doing their very best and deserve recognition. However, the room product is simply not on par with what one would expect in the UAE at this price point. The rooms feel worn and outdated. Our room was noticeably damp. While engineering came quickly to “fix” the AC, the humidity issue remained. It was so damp that paper bags lost their structure. The balcony door was old and kept getting stuck, requiring another visit from maintenance. Everything you touched felt moist or slightly wet. In all honesty, this was the weakest room experience we have had in the UAE. On our last night, my wife experienced what appeared to be food poisoning with severe symptoms. My stomach also felt unwell, though less severe. That obviously put a shadow over the stay. The internet connection was unreliable and often not working, forcing us to use our mobile data. In a resort of this category, stable Wi-Fi should be a given. The HDMI port on the TV was broken as well, and maintenance had to physically attach our streaming device behind the TV. The à la carte restaurants were another disappointment. Although advertised as part of the package (with a minimum 3-night stay, which we met), they were essentially fully booked throughout our 5-night stay. While “subject to ava
