Ik was met mijn familie van 2 volwassen en 3 kinderen bij Park Arjaan by Rotana. Ik kan dit hotel van harte aanbevelen. De housekeeping door Rana is geweldig. Bedankt voor je geweldige service en altijd een vriendelijke glimlach. Het ontbijt is zeer uitgebreid met genoeg soorten fruit. De medewerkers in de ontbijtzaal zijn super behulpzaam en niks is teveel gevraagd. Alles wat ze doen is met een glimlach en je voelt je als gast welkom. Bij mijn volgende verblijf in Abu Dhabi zal ik zeker weer terugkomen bij Park Arjaan by Rotana.

We booked for one night only as we had a layover from London and stayed in room 465. Our taxi dropped us at the Park Rotana reception, but we were directed to the Park Arjaan reception, which was a 3-5 min walk. This was the only minor confusion during our stay which I think could be made a bit clearer at the time of booking, but it wasn't overly inconvenient. All staff were friendly and polite and were more than accommodating. The room was clean and well organised and many facilities were provided for an excellent price such as washing machine, microwave, cutlery and plates and sink. As someone who doesn't like to use strange bathrooms, this one was clean and I felt really comfortable using all the facilities in it. We slept well and check out was smooth. Taxis were provided from the hotel straight to the airport to catch our connecting flight. I'd definitely stay here again.

All-round Excellent Hotel

Unknowingly we got one of the suites on the second floor and I just have to say those 'apartments' are pretty neat. The kitchen is equipped with everything you can think of, the living room is perfect for a family gathering and the bedroom and bathrooms are clean and spacious. The staff is absolutely wonderful. The gym has pretty much every machine you can think of and the spa is probably one of the best I have been in. The complimentary sauna/steam room use is a great bonus as well. As a part of our hotel booking we requested the buffet breakfast and it was pretty good. Extremely busy an hour prior to closing but there is absolutely no way anyone would leave there without feeling stuffed and happy. As a vegan, I also found a lot of great food options from fruit to breads to jams, peanut butter, and salads. Definitely worth it. We really enjoyed our stay at this hotel and would no doubt stay here again.

I enjoy the comfort of the appartment. You find everything you need for some relaxing days and you are logistically well positioned but nothing spectacular in walking distance (shops, beach etc.).

OK, depends what you want from your stay

I found staff to be excellent, very friendly and helpful. Rooms are spacious but need more natural light. No convenience stores in the vicinity means that you must take a bus/taxi. Similar hotels with better locations are available...depends what you want.
