Egor

Ancient hotel. Looks old and worn out. Some features inside the room don't work. While not using AC even once in three days, and still I felt cold. The closet consists of one shelf only, not enough even for a single person. Small window, so not only is it cold in the room, but also dark. The only plus is the spacious bathroom.

Location it’s good, but conditions of hotel it’s over rated it’s not deserved more than 3 stars or 2 stars because old for everything and needs to renovate. All electric switches not working. Staff are friendly.

Rooftop pool was nice, gym was well equipped, the elevators were slow with no stair option, plan extra time for the wait. Otherwise very happy with it overall

Our room had strong mold smell and there were some patches on the ceiling that needed some repairs. I didn’t like the location of it as it was right by traffic-lots if small shops and restaurants. But the staff was amazing. Mustafa-Abin and Suleman were very nice and accommodating.

The hotel offers very good value for money. its not the best located in the older part of town but perfectly safe and plenty of cheap taxis to ferry you around. I stayed in a spacious room which was clean, good beds/sheets and bathroom. The room shows signs of wear i.e. sockets and general decor. The pool and gym were good. I only eat breakfast which again was good value.

I found a toothbrush on the floor from another resident's and the TV control was all oily and with dust and the light switches with a lot of dirt. And the boy from the reception from Zimbabwe was the only one who explained things calmly and all easy to understand. The other employees were very much on top of me, it seemed that they were suspicious of my stay at the hotel.

L hotel si dispone nella zona di dowtown carino ma non come fanno vedere nelle foto,la nostra camera per fumatori aveva il bagno assolutamente da sistemare,la parte della vasca aveva dei pezzi rotti intorno alle fessure al muro,quando abbiamo aperto l acqua per riempire la vasca il primo giorno ci sono veramente 25 minuti per far uscire l acqua a una temperatura più calda perche era quasi sul freddo che sul tiepido,reception molto gentile l’unica pecca che non è come dicono un 5 stelle perché anche con una camera base comunque dovrebbe essere più curato e sistemato tutto. L ultima sera abbiamo avuto problemi con una famiglia araba perche hanno perso passato tutta la notte con musica ad alto volume e litigi per tutta la notte ma per questo non è colpa hotel nel complesso benino andrebbero sistemate tante tante cose

Friendly staff, but never staying here again
Hotel and rooms are fine, but several things were not working and getting them fixed wasn’t always easy. 1) the phone in my room never worked so you couldn’t call the operator, order room service or get help with anything. If you needed anything, you had to go down 11 stories each time to talk to the staff 2) one morning, during peak hours, the elevators all stopped working. The hotel didn’t even notice that was the case and people were just piling on all the floors. Ultimately after a lot of waiting had to walk down 11 floors 3) the bath tub wouldn’t drain properly so it would get flooded until I had to have them fix it In their defence they offered to change my room but when you are in town for a conference and are working 12 hours a day, you don’t want to unpack and repack and unpack all over again. A working phone and tub are basic things that should be checked before giving someone a room

The best thing about this hotel is that they keep it clean and it is silent. When we entered the room, there was a burning smell of a strong disinfection spray… at least it was clean. That is where the good things ended for us. The interior was very old, and the floor was full of cracks. Never saw something like that before. Dinner plans? Don’t go to this buffet. What a disappointment. They only have like 5 options and the quality is nothing to write home about. Pasta bolognaise was the highlight… even though some pasta had already dried up…. A second plate was not an option since the tray was already empty and did not get a refill for as long as we stayed (about 20 minutes). The pool is fine and the bar in the basement is okay. Absolutely not a 5 star hotel as they advertise.

At the arrival our room was dirty and during the stay was the same. The bathroom was dirty too the sink mirror was damaged and with rust, we were 2 people but we got every day just one shower towel and the toilet did not work, we called and ask at the reception many times,but nobody came to fix it.The worst experience of my life.

We didn't like check-in because we were tired and the hotel staff gave us the room and they have done the same that they have to give the room at 3:00. I think when the room is present in the hotel, staff should give it to the passenger as we have checked out 15 hours before our normal check out. Actually, this is a dry law in your hotel and I don't recommend your hotel to any other people. About dinner, it was present some spicy foods with no mark. When we took some food for use, they were spicy and we haven't used them. This was wastefulness for the hotel. You can put a mark and write: this food is spicy.

L’hôtel est très beau Petit déjeuner copieux et très variés Parties communes jolies Piscine très sympa en hauteur Le personnel est très attentionné au café, au parking et à la piscine Le personnel de chambre très bien aussi Attention toutefois à l’insonorisation des chambres communicantes : nous avons eu des voisins indélicats qui faisaient énormément de bruits (cris, rires, hurlements, téléphones…) : dans ces cas là il faut le signaler tout de suite à la réception et non au concierge qui n’a rien fait L’hôtel est bien placé au cœur d’Abu-dhabi centre

We booked this hotel over a month ago. When we arrived at the property they told us they are overbooked. We could not believe that they would give our room to someone else. Totally 3 rooms. At 11:30 pm we are being told that there are no rooms available for us as they had given out our rooms to others. We then got moved to another hotel which was nowhere near a 5 star. Whilst we were there another group was also told that their rooms were given to someone else as they had overbooked. Avoid this hotel. The receptionist took forever to sort out issue out.
