"Staff, Clean room, bar, walking distance to Wildcat stadium."

"First, they advertise wi-fi but it's a lie. It didn't work where my room was and they told me it was up to me to request it if I wanted wi-fi. Then they got upset because I sat in the lobby to use it since it was available there. Second, they advertised breakfast. It consisted of some sugar-coated crap and watered-down milk, and they were out of coffee. Third, this place is a run-own dump. The door to the room I had didn't lock and you could see outside thru the crack between the door and...

"Overall my stay was good, breakfast and staff were good. My room could have used a better cleaning of the small details. But overall my stay was good."

"For the price, I think complementary breakfast should be included. Embassy Suites does this and we love it."

"While the room was reasonably clean my biggest complaint was the shower. It was the puniest shower I have ever seen in a Holiday Inn. Very weak. I long for the good old days when you had access to a little bar of soap, a little bottle of shampoo and conditioner. I hit my head twice on the bracket holding the the bottles of shampoo, etc. For the second day I purchased a bar of soap at Wal-Mart and felt like I was truly clean. How far have the brakfasts fallen at Holiday Inn Express? I used...

"Good"

"Needs renovating. Beds and pillows were comfortable, but the bathroom needs help. The bathroom door (Room 115) was cracked and had a door knob, but no lock. The door had clearly been broken as if someone was breaking into the locked bathroom door. The shower has areas of mildew in the caulking and the bar on the shower wall is loose. The water in the bathroom sink, toilet and shower was initially not clear, but after use, the yellow brownish color cleared up. The toilet is also not secured to...

"Unfortunately we had the fire alarm go off 3 times which was a result of a customer not complying with the rules. It was difficult for our daughter with health issues. It in no way reflected in the support and concern of the staff and excellent response of the Abilene fire department."

"A nice, clean, well staffed hotel/motel."

"This was my second stay at this facility in the last 3 months. Staff very friendly and accommodating. Only issue we had was that we had to get our room key reactivated every night that we came back to get into our room. A little inconvenient but staff was prompt in getting it fixed."
