"The staff was very nice. The hotel doesn’t have an elevator and the young lady at the front desk lugged my heavy suitcase upstairs for me. My room really needed updating and it was very dark (needs more light!) The desk/dresser is not level on the floor so everytime I touched it it rocked and the refrigerator froze my water. "

"The hotel manager tried to give away my room the weekend of Morgan Wallen because I got a cheaper rate that I booked months in advance. They called threatening me if I didn't call back by 5pm which was 15 minutes away the day before I'd lose my room. I booked a pay when I get there rate which is what I ALWAYS DO!!! DONT GIVE THIS PLACE A SINGLE PENNY OF YOUR MONEY!!!! Nobody has ever tried to cancel my Expedia rooms!!!!! Crooked ass Chinese people!!!"

"Parking was easy sote secure staff friendly and helpful. Air conditioning worked fine. Room was suppose to be non smoking was not. Towels stained, tubcracked. Bought my own bleach to clean it. Glad i did"
