Inside the hotel is upgraded and the staff was super professional. The parking lot needs a little work.

my son got an infection from the hot tub, he is currently on antibiotics for his bacterial infection

John, thanks for letting me know about your son. I hope he is getting better. I have talked with my maintenance engineer, he indicated all the hot tub chemical reading were within acceptable range the time of your stay. Please reach out to me if you would like to discuss further.

Nice property but our room had a toilet that needed maintenance. I am surprised that housekeeping had not reported this. The hottub was also not working which was a dis-appointment.

It was a great hotel room for sure very clean and spacious. Only issues are parking lot full of pot holes to which my car did not like. Also pool was left very dirty as there was fruit in it from a birthday party I am assuming. Which also wish we would’ve been told there was going to be a pool party as we wished to use it but it was full all day until 10 pm to which there was no pool towels left. But all in all great stay!

Great staff, nice room, very clean. The bar said they served food until 20, but ehen we went to eat around 7, they were closed. We had to drive downtown to eat.

Clean and spacious room. Good breakfast and having restaurant on premises is perfect. Got a little noisy on Sat eve with dozens of kids roaming halls to get to and from pool. I'd asked, when making the reservation for a room on ground floor and a notation was made, but when got there, was told no request had been recorded.

Very popular hotel. Stayed here twice and the parking lot is full. Staff state that they are usually full every weekend and about half full during the week.

The reception to this property misrepresents the rest of the hotel. The lobby is nicely renovated, but the rest of the hotel is a dump. The rooms are fair, beds uncomfortable, bathrooms were dingy. The conditions of the gym were awful. Three pieces of equipment and the treadmill is in dire need of replacement. Also, no cleaning products anywhere and looked like it hadn’t been wiped down in years. Disgusting. The ONLY redeeming quality to this property was the restaurant. Excellent food and staff.

Only problem we’re in the bathroom. The sink stopper wasn’t working, but it was fixed very properly. The toilet lid also had to be fixed it, but it also was fixed properly. I did not tell him that the bathtub drain very slowly, but the room was excellent and the staff was outstanding.
