The booking was cancelled by the hotel as it was being closed to the public because they were taking in Ukranian refugees. Money is to be refunded in 10 to 14 days which is unacceptable as a replacement booking cost me over £20 more for the dame period. I will not be using Best Western Hotels again.

I was very pleased with the staff, the room (220) and the bar meal. However, my sleep was disturbed on several occasions by a barking dog in a room opposite mine. I was unaware that the hotel had become pet-friendly, if I was advised of this when I checked in I would have requested a room away from pets.

The hotel room and staff itself were excellent, however, the bed mattress was lumpy and hard and made for an uncomfortable sleep. Pity , as apart from that the hotel was great.

Services from the staff really good, they were ran off their feet but continue to smile not getting paid enough , rooms need a lot of updating, didn’t expect to paid for small dog or parking so this was additional cost

Fantastic Hotel and spacious modern rooms.

Fantastic hotel, was abit sceptical having not stayed in this hotel before, but this definitely won’t be our last stay. We booked a suite and wow the room was huge, a large king size bedroom with loads of space even with King size bed, living/dining room was again huge with additional fully stocked fridge. TV in both bedroom and livingroom. Decor was fresh and modern, especially the table and floor lamps. Although this hotel appears not much to look at from outside, but don’t be deceived as once inside you will be very surprised. 10/10

The nights stay was fine and receptionist very helpful. The problem was to do with Expedia. They never moved my dates of stay when they informed me they had. Like I said the receptionist was very helpful and reserving my judgement Expedia. Thank you Hallmark Aberdeen Airport Hotel.

Passez votre chemin limité hôtel de passe.

Hôtel miteux. Personnel désagréable et non professionnel. Ménage jamais effectué. Je suis resté 4 jours et je viens de recevoir 4 amendes de 100 livres chacune à cause du stationnement sur leur parking PAYANT alors que le personnel ne m'a jamais précisé. La barrière à l'entrée était ouverte donc impossible de le savoir.

Unless you heading offshore avoid.

This is an offshore workers night before going to work type hotel, rooms are in blocks i. The gtounds and although they have done them up its still very dilapidated.

Don't wish to complain. Stay here alot for work reasons. Hotel usually excellent. But got room 216 other day.. Think it's not been used in a long time. I killed over 10 moth type insect things flying attracted to my bed side light. Was horrible experience. Would a said to staff in the morning but desk was un manned at 450am when I went to check out.

The Old Skean Dhu now?

Fair, from the point of view that the two day event I was attending was in the hotel. Other than that, this is a rundown old fashioned Motel from the70,s in bad need of a bulldozer.
