"Front staff lady was not helpful. Parking signs were up saying you needed to pay on an app and she never offered a parking pass. I only knew because I heard a different front staff offer it to someone else. It cost me $17 extra. There was also a loud barking dog that I heard someone else report to staff, they said they couldn’t do anything. It barked for hours and was in the background of my virtual meeting. The dumpster was picked up at 5am slamming around and woke up several guests, it was discussed at breakfast."

"Property was ok. Elevator took forever. The room was clean. The shower pressure and temperature of the water was terrible. The shower pressure was very low. The water did not get hot at all just luke warm. Not what’s expected when you come to a hotel . "
