"We booked with BW, as for the most part we feel like it’s an accommodation that suits travelling as a family. We specifically booked to use the pool as our littles had a dance competition and we were travelling as a team. When we arrived the pool was out of service and they said we could go use the local rec centre - 10min away. The entire hotel was full of a teenage rugby teams which I can empathize would be a little crazy. It was however not acceptable that these teams were running up...

"Suite was adequately clean and tidy but the yard was overgrown weeds and grass, stuff lying around. Expedia ad is not clear that the price listed was for 4 people in the 6 person suite. We were charged extra for 6 people in a 6 person suite. Fair charge but not clear in the ad. The fold out couch bed was broken so did not fold out, one person had to sleep on the couch. Sheets and pillowcases for the couches were not in the suite we had to ask for them. Ad says kitchen which was well supplied...

"As always I love the pools, just be warned during the day it’s quite loud with kids playing and at night it can get a bit rowdy. The view in my room was amazing and the staff was great. We ended up getting an upgrade as it was our anniversary. The room was spacious and it was clean but it was quite dated and I did notice some cob webs. It didn’t affect our stay but I could see being upset if we had paid the price of the upgraded room to have cob webs."

"Well we had such a great experience here. I have travelled a lot & have stayed in many hotels, so I do have many experiences with which to compare with. From the moment we arrived we were extremely impressed. Douglas at the front desk was so accommodating & professional. He got us checked in & settled in virtually no time.
