"Este é um hotel absolutamente novo, no melhor ponto de Bariloche, ao lado do centro e de frente para o lago. Talvez você se sinta intimidado a fazer uma reserva por ser um hotel novo e não ter ainda uma base de aprovaçào de hospedes. Vou falar por mim que tenho mais de 2.000 noites de hotel na bagagem : o hotel é lindo, cheiroso, tem uma equipe maravilhosa, os quartos com vista para o lagoe as suites ( fiquei nos dois ) são um espetáculo, com pisos climatizados, chuveiros com ótima pressão,...

"The place had a beautiful view and it looked great, but we booked an apartment with lake view, and we were given a different one, which didn’t match the pictures. They kindly accommodated us in a different one but then we had to move again which wasn’t ideal. Both apartments were not in great shape, cheap materials that were/got broken during our stay. However the staff were super nice and helped us when we needed it."

"La cobija era una cochinada, los contacte para que me cambiaran y el señor administrador de la propiedad que se llama Filemon me dijo que era una mentirosa. Cuando vio la foto, y acepto cambiarla pero debía aguantarme dos dias durmiendo así por que era fin de semana y el no trabajaba en fin de semana. Cuando le reclame por su respuesta, me dijo que en vez de molestarlo me dedicara a disfrutar la vida que dejara de ser histérica. Una persona muy grosera y con cero conocimiento de servicio al...
