"I want to give a huge shout out to the Front Desk staff member - Ali. We had some issues with our check in and it was just me and my 2 small
Kids travelling. It was 2am after a long delayed flight. He understood the situation and quickly got us a room. He was the best. This man needs a raise or promotion or whatever."

"Unfortunately, our stay at Staverton was disappointing from the outset. The first room we were allocated was infested with house moths and was both small and poorly lit. After raising the issue, we were moved to a second room, however this was also small, poorly lit, and felt very dated.
The bathroom featured an over-bath shower with very old taps that were difficult to operate. Basic comforts were lacking, including extra pillows, and the cups provided did not match, which added to the overall...

"Very welcoming and helpful staff, great with our children too. Our room was great, however the bathroom felt a bit tired. There was a weird musty smell in our toom when wr got there, but once we opened the window and let it all air out it was fine. Breakfast was regularly topped up, offering plenty of variety."

"The staff were helpful and friendly however the room and hotel in general was tired, the bathroom was not clean needing clumps of hair to be cleaned away. The carpet was stained and the decor ceiling was chipped. For the price for a night and from the pictures provided my expectations were not met sadly."

"The room was clean and the staff tried to help with the broken TV and broken air conditioner, heating. She gave me a voucher to use in the morning however check out was at 11:00am and the coffee place did open until 11am, so was no use. Maintenance and making sure things work before you check in would be better. Not a great stay to be honest."
