"The room and the property were clean. My husband and I paid for the breakfast when we made the reservation. We checked in, but didn't receive our breakfast vouchers until the following day."

"The room was dirty. They were box in the room and recorded a video that I have. I honestly believe that I need a full refund and I’m also very encouraged to put this video on the social media so people can see how dirty Doubletree in Largo Upperman is dirty. "

"Very clean, updated room with a nice view. We have stayed at the Rod and Reel several times but this is the first time we stayed after the renovations were made. We really like the updates that were made. The only complaint we have is the breakfast we had at the Rod and Reel restaurant was brought to us was not hot. We would have asked the server to warm our food but we did not have the time to do so. The food was good but would have been better hot."
