"The staff are so warm and friendly, the rooms are clean and inviting, the hospitality is great with breakfast and evening snacks included. The evening snacks are honestly enough to be dinner. I love that I can stay there not really worry about anything. They’re swimming too. The TVs just have a few basic cable channels so if you’re hoping to watch a movie or something, bring an iPad and/or an HDMI cord to attach your device to the television."

"This hotel is nice with a beautiful atrium and wonderful staff, but it is in desperate need of updates and improvements. I noticed a lot of peeling paint, rust, worn furniture and dirty carpets. The TVs are also extremely old and most travelers are used to hotel TVs having streaming capabilities. There are also probably plumbing issues, given that bathroom toilet overflowed twice requiring us to switch rooms. "

"We had a 2 queen room booked a month prior to our stay. The man at the front said there are no rooms available for what we and prepaid and booked. He said all he could do was give us an extra room with a king bed. It was me, my sister, and my daughter. We wanted to be together and stay in a room together. I would have been ok, if he at least offered a free night as compensation for the lack of organization. He said he couldn’t do that. (That wasted money for your hotel). Also, on the second night, our 2nd room that my sister stayed in was locked when we returned from my daughter’s gymnastics competition. They said we failed to check out. When I originally booked it and paid it was until Sunday. So, another error on that man’s side. Our rooms were not clean, there was actually a crawfish tail left in the corner and the carpet was gross. On the bright side, the lady working Saturday evening was super nice and polite and worked things out for us. I was thankful because it had not been a good experience at all! Also, the waitress at breakfast sat morning, was super great and friendly. "
