"Our stay at Tree Top River Cabin in Center Point was absolutely fantastic. The cabin is beautifully decorated in an authentic Texas style, with so much attention to detail that it immediately feels warm, cozy, and special. The check-in process worked perfectly with the access codes, and communication with the host was always friendly, helpful, and welcoming. Everything on the property is extremely well maintained, spotless, and thoughtfully prepared. The cabin has all the equipment and amenities...

"3rd stay, always nice clean comfortable stay. Host are very accommodating to your needs. You can feed deer right off balcony, corn supplied. Views are amazing. This place is always inviting for nice relaxing stay!"

"Breakfast was a family setting with all other guests. When they say breakfast is at 9 am- they mean it. Don't be late! Fun to see the chickens and goats in this rural setting. Expect uber rustic accommodations. Jenny and Doug are super friendly. A real plus was that it was only a couple miles from Luckenbach . One unpleasant thing was that the room smelled rather musty and was very humid even with the air conditioning. "

"We loved our stay at this beautiful home!!! The view and location were perfect. We lacked for nothing. Everyone loved the stay!!!"

"Very pleasant experience!"

"Great communication with getting checked in. Amazing spot to disconnect. Good distance from FXBG to shops, wineries etc. "

"Sharp debris was found on the floor, causing injury to my foot. Wifi was spotty. The only wine glass had chipped glass on the drinking surface so was unusable, disappointing in a Texas wine country property."

"We have stayed at settlers Crossing twice before and enjoyed the property proper immensely if you love old homes 1800 mid early to 1800s you’ll love all of the homes that you may rent. The furnishings are a period appropriate and it’s a little rustic but if you love that look, it can be very relaxing. The homes are secluded in a 35 acre plot of land lots of trees, sheep walk freely in the area. I even saw a donkey and a number of Whitetail deer very enjoyable just minutes outside of...

"They sold the place in May and didn’t tell us until the day of arrival. Still waiting on the refund. We were looking forward to staying there too"

"Great place!! Great location! All the amenities you need. We went with another couple and we had a great time. The bedroom and 2 bathes are a plus, plus!!! We definitely stay there again. "

"The cabin was wonderful and super cute. We enjoyed the quote and wildlife."
