"Lift not working, stairs dirty and stairwell smelly, Bath overflow and shower glass plastic fitting dire. Bathroom fan didn't work
Photos on Expedia and hotel web site not current, show hotel many years ago. Wood rotting around bedroom window frames at bottom, false balcony rusted. Front entrance had cigarette butt's beer cans and bottles littering it. Very upsetting"

"Good clean room. Bathroom looked as if it had been recently refurbished and was immaculate. A bigger bath mat in the shower cubicle would be advisable as the floor does get slightly slippy. Air con would have been useful, especially in the recent hot weather.
Breakfasts were good but took a long time to arrive."

"The room was dusty. The mugs and the kettle were not cleaned. The bed sheets are okay but not that comfortable."

"If you’re scrolling for a hotel PLEASE KEEP SCROLLING.
Absolutely disgusting & filthy.
In the words of my partner, “if we had a dog, I wouldn’t let that stay here ……”
To get into the room we had to move bags of rubbish outside the actually room to start with.
Walked in and found a towel used by the previous guests still in the bathroom ( and we could tell as it was dirty and stained ) .
The room was stuffy with no air and couldn’t open the windows as painted closed. The view was of the...

"Property and stay was good - we had travelled over 6 hours and it was boiling hot - our air con was not working. I reported it and was told that someone would sort it out but nobody came."

"Great hotel with friendly staff. Breakfast was freshly cooked with lots of it and was delicious. Although a fan was provided, our room was very hot but our stay did coincide with the hottest days of this year so far. Would definitely stay there again."
