"Terrible service, had hooligans making loud noises from 1.15am through 3am. Despite various attempt to ask staff to stop the noises, nothing was done. Also staff is not aware about privacy rights of the guests as someone informed our room number and the hooligans kept ringing the bell and knocking the door to disturb us even more. Very bad experience staying, the bedding was not clean also the floor was not properly cleaned. Not looking forward to staying again. "
