Things not satisfactory: Bed height in our room was too low,approx 1.5 feet high, difficult to use especially if you have any elderly person with you. There is no lift . The complementary breakfast and food available is extremely limited,don't go by the extensive printed menu available in the room. The hotel would not provide any water,tea/coffee sachets unless it was asked for every...

Staff were supportive though and turnaround time was quick for other areas. Hotel was reachable by cabs and autos were only few steps away which was good."
