"朝食のチキンスープとパンはトルコ滞在中で1番美味しかったです！熱々のスープが最高でした。素敵な親切な男性スタッフが英語で色々説明してくれて美味しく食べれました。
立地もバス停のそばで雨でも荷物が多くても心配いりません。
そして、飛行機の欠航が決まり、振替に困って女性スタッフに相談すると電話をしてかけたりして新しい便に振替をしてくれました!本当に感謝しかありません。トルコ語が分からない私には彼女はとても親切にしてくれました。ありがとうございました。"

"We had a very comfortable stay at the Grand Keskin Hotel in Denizli and stayed here twice during our trip. The rooms were spacious and very clean, with fresh bedding and towels, which made our stay even more pleasant.
The breakfast menu was fantastic, offering a wide variety of options to suit different tastes. The hotel is also well located, close to the Darby shopping areas, making it convenient for shopping and getting around the city.

"Not many guests at the time of stay therefore quiet and peaceful.
Departing words from the female receptionist should have been more welcoming for a next stay, but weren't.
Fixtures, fittings, all linens, everything needs upgrading. Old and tired-looking now."
