"Wir haben kurzfristig eine Nacht im Holiday Inn Brooklyn Downtown gebucht. Das Personal beim Checkin war freundlich.
Das Zimmer (Standard Zimmer mit zwei Betten) ist grundsätzlich für drei Personen geeignet, allerdings nur, wenn man kein Gepäck dabei hat! Es gibt weder eine Kofferablage, noch Platz um Koffer zu öffnen.
Die Klimaanlage funktionierte gut, die Temperatur war bei Hitze angenehm, allerdings war die gesamte Anlage total verstaubt und verdreckt.

"This was my second stay at this hotel, and unfortunately I had another disappointing experience. On my first visit, I had to switch rooms multiple times due to a bad smell and a broken AC. This time, the room also had an unpleasant odor, so I decided not to stay. The location is great and the staff is friendly, but the rooms need updating, especially the flimsy doors."

"We paid in full before we arrived, only to be told an additional $375 USD was payable on arrival. On our departure $229 was retained for “amenity use”. (Internet, pool) We could not use the pool due to not even being able to take teenagers up there as they are not 21 and there is a bar in the area. Internet for $229?
I could understand if an amount was retained for amenity use but it is unreasonable not to state this up front - particularly when it was such a large amount.

"I've stayed at the property before. This time I had a larger room with a better view. My stay was extended and I was appreciative I could stay in the same room. The breakfast is a great part of the mornings here. It is a full hot breakfast with a variety of choices. The location is central to where I could meet up with relatives and enjoy the sites. "The hotel doesn’t have a microwave so be prepared to eat your entire in one sitting.

"Everything was good except that, I booked for a king size bed and was given a queen size and was told that was one oh the last available room. I decided not to go back and forth because I was already tired from the airport. Then when we got to the room the door didn’t lock.
