"The location is perfect, just right opposite of the Royal Albert Dock. The room is pretty small but it got everything you need. The bathroom is clean but the shower gel bottle was empty and there was a small bottle of shower gel from the former guest placed on top of the hotel shower gel."

"I was in general quite satisfied with our stay before a flight the following day. The room was adequately spacious and the bed was comfortable. One thing that I was puzzled about was that I was asked to leave £50 as a (and I quote the receptionist) "security deposit". She was unable to give me any further satisfactory explanation, but did explain that I could use that as credit to buy food and drinks, which I did, and used up that amount during the evening. Doesn't seem much point to me in...

"We were there for a family gathering. The reeceptionist was warm and welcoming and very helpful. We had a meal and all the front of house were lovely, Daniella was particularly good. Her service was with a big smile, nothing was too much trouble and our food and drinks were perfect. "Eu esperava mais do hotel. O café da manhã é muito bom, mas falta gente do hotel. Os hóspedes terminam o café, largam tudo na mesa, sujo, e fica assim mesmo. Eu tive que limpar a mesa para poder sentar….. minha filha tb ficou desapontada. Foi pedir um cobertor a noite na recepção e o funcionário subiu no quarto dela para ver se ela tinha ou não cobertor, mesmo ela falando que o marido e o filho de 05 anos estavam dormindo….. pode? E não deu cobertor…. Falta mtos detalhes para melhorar"

The hotel was very clean, and extremely quiet over night given how busy the hotel was. The staff at breakfast were attentive and very friendly, overall a lovely stay, and I'd highly recommend "
