"There was no one there to check me in. I stood in the lobby ringing the bell and no one came. I prepaid as well and never got to stay at the hotel."

"Zimmer und Hotel sind sauber und freundlich eingerichtet. Die Lage ist gut, jedoch keine Restaurants in unmittelbarer Nähe. Die Angestellten sind sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit, aber bei Fragen zu Verkehrsverbindungen, Touren usw sehr unwissend. Das Hotel ist trotzdem sehr empfehlenswert. "

"受け付けの女性はあまり英語が話せませんが、とても感じの良い人でした。室内は清潔でエアコンもWifiも問題無し、ドアに隙間があるのはタイだからマイペンライです。無料の朝食はトーストやお粥ではなく、カノムチャン？とかのタイのスイーツ系とバナナやブドウ、それとコーヒーくらいです。余っていたのか、食後なのに3人分位を袋に詰めてくれました。駅からは少し離れていますが日本人なら普通に歩く距離です。バスターミナルもホテル前の大通りを東方向に向かって真っ直ぐ、20分弱で着きました。 "
