"We stay here every year for Halloween in SF and every year we are impressed with how clean the room is, how friendly the staff is, and how great the location is!"

"Great location!!"

"Hotel is great. Fabulous position being close to stores and restaurants! Beds are super comfortable! Only issue was that room was not cleaned first two nights. Highly recommended"

"For the price, this was a very good stay. Location is convenient, the room was big and bright, and the bathroom was also spacious. Comfortable bed and a quiet room. The included breakfast also was decent for the price and the breakfast room is lovely. Overall decor is dated but the property seems pretty well maintained and the staff is friendly and helpful"

"I loved my stay at the Parker Guesthouse. It felt like visiting in a lovely home with a gracious host. The person at the front desk when I checked in was kind and professional and gave me a brief history about the houses. My room in the main house was spotless. The bed was very comfortable and furnished beautifully. The living room, kitchen, and guest dining rooms were elegant but my favorite area was the garden. It's a peaceful oasis in the city where in October, there were still flowers...

"Great location! Room and property were decent, pool was popular. There’s very limited parking and we were not able to park on the property. Rooms were a bit noisy - could hear elevator and foot traffic/floor boards all night. Had to go back and request our Expedia perk (bottle of wine) which we didn’t receive at check in. We had a family room and the second bedroom was hot- didn’t have great ventilation."

"Convenient location and free available parking was great."

"Excellent experience!"

"liked that there was onsite parking and security doors all around"

"It’s quite quiet though right in town. Place is clean and the room was fine. The bed a little soft to me but no problem. Great burger place on premises."

"A great, affordable and simple hotel to stay at in San Francisco, in a safe area, with free parking that is on site and safe!"
