"I stayed in a single room for three nights. It was a perfect, affordable alternative to staying in a hostel. The room was clean and had all the basics. The shared bathroom and shower worked great. The front desk staff were super friendly and helpful and cleaners tidied the room every day. I strongly recommend Hotel Tolbiac for any solo travellers looking for an affordable spot to stay, especially if you’re hostel’d out and looking for a little privacy."

"J’ai initialement réservé une chambre avec terrasse , la chambre est collé à un immeuble qui a vu sur votre chambre et il n’est pas possible de vous cacher car pas de rideaux uniquement tous les stores électriques qui se baissent en même temps , donc vous ne pouvez pas profiter de la vue sans être vu . J’ai demandé à changer de chambre , j’ai évidemment été downgraded , je devais payer un supplément si je voulais plus grand , aucune compensation aucun geste fait . Pour le petit déjeuné , j’apprends après plusieurs visites dans cet établissement qu’il y a en fait deux formules , j’ai toujours été facturé plein pot Enfin , ma chambre n’a pas été faite malgré mes signalements l’équipe ne m’a pas informé que un bouton avait du être appuyer par erreur malgré ma notification au jour 1 J’avais l’habitude de séjourner la bas mais la déception était présente cette fois la "

"We were given a room for 1 single adult. We where told the room was advertised incorrectly on Expedia. 3 nights we were stuck there due to it being Valentines day weekend and could not change rooms. In-addition, the spa was vold water and messages to address it were ignored. The staff was professional but the room above us was constantly banging on our ceiling. We were very disappointed with the neglect by the property to follow up to offer a resolution. Expedia offered $150 refund but never followed through either. We had to file a fraud dispute with financial institution to have it resolved. Both my wife and I are military members and we would not stay at this property again. "
