The room conditions need some improvement. I reported twice an excessive toilet leak, coffee maker inoperable and the telephone didn’t work. These issues were not resolved. The refrigerator was only stocked once upon arrival.

Overall, great trip but felt additional instructions would be helpful. I ran out of toilet paper, and needed more towels but no number to dial for service,and had to go out to find someone. The blue towels in the room, I didn't realize those were the pool/beach towels since we only had 2 white towels. ...

The ocean was not visible but you can hear the waves crash Agatha shore. Very relaxing. Pool was clean. Staff were cool. Didn’t bother much on both ends. Secure area.
