"The cleanliness of the room needs to be improved."

"The room was really horrible. There was a very big fly and insect in the room. I did not sleep the whole night. The toilet was horrible and stained the wash sink was broken the water flooded in the bedroom. No body proper to handle any one guest checking. Manager srinivas is very inefficient. "In a place like Tirunelveli, this could be a choice for a very very low budget business traveler, students, group travel with a very low budget."
