Heinz was most helpful in sugges outings and arranging driver. "An amazing place with expansive gardens with many pathways to wander along. The lake surrounded by mountains is stunning. We saw two types of monkeys in the garden. There are two pools, one near the huge bar and restaurant and the other at the edge of the property looking over the shore of the lake. The rooms are huge and clean with comfortable beds. The staff are so friendly and helpful. They will pick you up on a small golf buggy from your room and drop you back when ever you need. The food is delicious and so much variety. It's a huge luxury complex work so much to offer! A thoroughly wonderful stay- we booked an extra night so that we could spend time in the hotel grounds to enjoy it as we spent so much time sightseeing outside."
