"La route pour se rendre à l’hotel est terrible et dangereuse, il y a des trous énormes… Les chambres sont rustiques mais suffisantes. L’aménagement exterieur est magnifique, sources thermales, piscines et belle vegetation. Le restaurant est assez ordinaires pour le prix, beaucoup de nos plats étaient trop cuit ou brûlée. Pour conclure, à part les piscines naturelles , ça ne vaut pas le détour."

"Just a heads up for English speaking travelers, that only one peraon who worked there spoke a little English, which is understandable but just an fyi. It made check-in a little difficult. The shower did not really work. I was only there for a day. It is nice for a more rugged kind of place. A little run down, but unique. The people where nice and helpful despite the language barrier. Again, I am not saying the people who live in rual Costa Rica should know how to speak English of course, but...

"Our family had a lovely stay here for 3 nights. The views are truly outstanding. We enjoyed a variety of different activities while in the area, but cooked all our meals in the room. The kitchenette is basic, but we managed just fine. The included breakfasts were a highlight - plentiful, fresh, homemade and delicious! We heard howler monkeys and saw toucans from the balcony! "The staff was amazingly friendly, the food was wonderful and the only problem was in the steep climb to our room! A staff member took my bag to the room for me so all I had to do was get up there myself (luckily) I am sure younger people would not have a problem."
