"On arrival it wasn't exactly clean but then day after daily clean was great, Staff is friendly but one in particular was had a communication breakdown. Balcony and view was amazing but the neighbours was making noises a few times even once late at night waking us up 3am. Hot tub was great. Cons side is the ceiling shower and a body shower was bad, wasn't strong and leaking. Not alot of food options in the hotel area. Mainly bathroom is an issue. Bed was rock hard but didn’t exactly bothered...

The team was so kind and friendly and George even reached out after our stay when something came up to help us get things resolved. We were provided with a welcome drink and front desk lady (Christina) provided us with a map of Santorini with key places to see and visit, as well as where to not waste our time seeing. Provided restaurant recommendations and stored our bags until it was time to check-in. "We absolutely loved everything about Onyx. The room was beautiful and modern. The pool area is immaculate and many afternoons were spent here as it's incredibly peaceful. The staff were wonderful and helped organise car hire and taxis efficiently. The breakfast was simple but fresh. The location is perfect if you have your own transport but a little bit of a hike to Fira on foot. Local restaurants and coffee spots are worth a visit. No complaints. We will be recommending this hotel to anyone...
