"Plenty of parking, fast WiFi."

"We contacted them a couple of days prior to say that we would be arriving late at night. It was a cold night at 22.00 when we got there. What a wonderful surprise to find a light left on, the heating on and the electric blanket on. It just brought a smile to our faces. Such thoughtfulness. We were really impressed."

The rooms are very clean, a good size with a comfortable bed. We really didn’t have much time to enjoy the facilities but we did check out the rooftop bar. Very nice. Since we were leaving early in the morning before the breakfast opened, the hotel delivered a cold boxed meal to us the night before. Highly...

"Clearn room."

"This hotel is across the street from the huge, beautiful Hagley Park and Botanic Gardens and in a nice neighborhood with many restaurants within a couple of blocks walk. It is a top tier yet affordable hotel. The breakfast was the nicest hotel breakfast I have ever had. I have a dairy restriction and this breakfast is very accommodating. The gardens are beautiful in the spring! The rooms were comfortable, clean and quiet. Parking was easy and free. We stayed here at both the beginning and end of...

"Good location. Room consistent of absolute basics. Slightly dated decor with average upkeep. Feel as though even for price you could do better. Breakfast and coffee was surprisingly good all things considered and staff were overall helpful."
