"This is the best room i have stayed in within this kind of setting. I booked a single budget room. It was brilliant. Very large room with a small double bed in it , much better than a single bed. Lovely bedding. Lovely spacious bathroom with fabulous products.no need to bring your own. Great brands of tea, coffee and biscuits. "A beautifully maintained hotel in lovely surroundings with a great spa and only a short distance from many attractions."

"Fairfield house was well situated close to Warkworth and the beach. The hosts were excellent, very attentive with lovely little touches like freshly made cakes left each day and nothing was too much trouble. Fabulous breakfasts. Highly recommend."
