"Staff was nice. Room was clean but air conditioner don't keep Room cold enough"

"Had a nice stay comfy bed"

"This hotel needs an upgrade bad."

"Good"

"The TV did not work"

"Didn’t put bags down and did not stay. Left without requesting refund -that bad. Staff left property so left a note saying we were not staying. Room lighting was so dark it felt like an alleyway. Smelly, broken AC, insects flying around, no signal on tv. And that was enough to leave. Added note: it’s been years since staying here so the expectation was that it was decent coming in from out of town and seeing it listed on hotels.com. I lost my cash reward but it was worth not waking up with...

"My stay at Wingate was extremely comfortable. The staff assisted me with respect. Room was clean and breakfast was consistent w/ your usual eggs, sausage, potatoes, and waffles. Some days had grits or oatmeal other than that. Everyone was helpful and courteous."

"Checked in around 5pm front desk person was absolutely amazing she was so helpful and accommodating the beds were so comfortable we come there often for Dr's appointments and we will definitely be staying here!!"

"It was a little outdated and the bed was not comfortable at all, pillows were many different sizes and not that comfy as well house keeping made the bed but didn’t change the sheets."
