"Excellent stay in Bhutan- the staff is super friendly and helpful. Rooms are clean. Breakfast was good, they also provide breakfast to go for the early hike to tigernest (starting point is 10 min drive from hotel). What I liked at this place is that they have a restaurant, a coffee shop and a small supermarket at this place. Also traditional hot stone bath is nearby and they offer a driver. It’s a bit away from Paro downtown but an excellent place to stay in Bhutan. Would highly recommend. "

"We only stayed for one night, the lodge was newly renovated, very beautiful, but the facilities were incomplete. The room was cold and no hairdryer, but the manager told me that they were working on it. The manager from India was excellent, so was the staff. She woke up early to bid farewell and helped me with luggage, which I appreciated. "

"In one word: amazing!. We booked two nights at Ozen Resort in October. I was a bit anxious when driving there because the accommodation is fairly new and there were limited info online and was not really sure what to expect. "We spent two sleepless nights because of the terrible noise. First night they had a big group of guests that arrived at 10.00 pm and they were screaming around until midnight. The next night the same big group left at 4.00 am and they were running and screaming around the camp for more than one hour. We asked for silence but nobody cared about! When finally the rude guests left the staff started to clean the tends close to ours so we were woken up again! It was a real nightmare! "
