"This hotel was not really our style of hotel, but was clean and comfortable. When we tried to get out of the last two days of the itinerary, hotels.com was not very helpful, told me I had to deal with the hotel itself, even though we booked using the website. I did go to the front desk and was told that I had to deal with hotels.com. When I showed them my conversation with hotel.com, they made a real effort to solve the issue we had. In the end, Nancy from the front desk moved us to a suite...
"Been staying there for about 2 weeks each July for last 3 years. Near to relativess. Wondered about mirror sticker. Said they change sheets every 3 days. I had to ask for a change after a week. They did seem to come in replace towels. One day after a a rain the bathroom floor was dirty, thought they would have caught that and mopped. I like that give first floor.mopped. "
"My son and I were driving across the country and being the copilot, it was my responsibility to find the hotel rooms as we traveled. You never know what you’re going to get, but I will say that the staff was excellent. The rooms were very clean and even though it was next to I 40, you could not hear the noise from the interstate. I would recommend this hotel to anyone."
"I had a great time for staying the first time at this location. The bed was very comfortable and there was very little noise to where I relaxed and slept well. The only down side was the toilet bowl continuously ran water after each flush. I had to literally open the top and push down the flap. All in all, great stay. I will choose this location again!"
