"Room had AC which is rare for Ireland, glad we had it during July heatwave. There is a small lift, elevator, to easily get luggage upstairs to the rooms. The attached restaurant pub on the first floor has lots of character; it being a former monastery, 300 yrs old. Food was excellent. Beds were comfortable. Setting was quiet. Plenty of parking in large parking lot next to building. We would enjoy staying here again."

Was a quick walk into the centre of Waterford so a great place to base yourself for touring the city and seeing the main sights."

"We had an amazing time,the surroundings are just incredible,so beautiful and peaceful.My family really enjoyed the barn and we played board games,lit a fire which was fabulous.The option to BBQ also.We had such fun.Our huts were just gorgeous,everything was spotlessly clean,the bed was so comfortable and the bedding was to a very high standard.We took a stroll through the meadow and had a turn in the paddle boat on the the water on the grounds,so much fun.The hosts really take great care of this...

"Stayed 1 night in a “deluxe” room, the experience started well with the unusual arrival via a short ferry and the drive through the private island, but sadly the luxury experience ended as soon as we had parked up and headed for check-in. Little did we know that the hotel was largely booked out by a huge wedding party, to even get to reception required us to gatecrash through their “private” BBQ held on the lawn in front of hotel. "Very easy to find, clean place, and kind owner. The smoke alarm battery died pretty late at night causing a beeping noise and he came out immediately to fix it. Very beautiful landscape all around."

"It was good for the price. But to check in you have to call a number and wait. It doesn’t tell you that and the number is on the door so you can’t call early. Simeon from another location comes to let you in. Breakfast is do it yourself continental, not amazing. We are at The Pantry just a few places down, amazing. The lady that checked us in was nice. Room was small but worked. Bed slanted towards head so needed up sleeping opposite direction."
