"Overall, we had a pleasant and comfortable stay. The rooms were spacious, clean and cozy, with comfortable bedding, adequate lighting and good connectivity. Housekeeping deserves special appreciation for maintaining the rooms impeccably throughout our stay. The highlight of our experience was the staff. The restaurant team was extremely courteous, attentive and always willing to help. The breakfast buffet was excellent, with a good variety and quality of food, especially considering the location and the fact that it is not a very popular destination. The property is family-friendly, offering a comfortable and relaxing environment suitable for families. The location was convenient and met our expectations. The only area that needs improvement is the check-in experience and front desk operations. The process was not as smooth as expected, and there were some coordination issues which affected our initial experience. Apart from that, everything else was very good, and we truly appreciate the efforts of the housekeeping and restaurant teams for making our stay enjoyable."
