"⭐ 1 Star – Extremely Poor Hygiene and Service My experience at SRG Hotel, Mirzapur, was extremely disappointing. The cleanliness and basic services were far below acceptable standards. The bed sheets had not been changed and appeared to have semen stains. Used condoms were scattered around the room, which was absolutely disgusting and raised serious concerns about hygiene and sanitation. There was no parking available at the property, and not even a single towel was provided. The room was...

"Every thing is excellent but still needs to improve in by adding the complementary breakfast."

"The hotel was clean and staff were polite. The breakfast, lunch and dinner was tasty. It’s worth staying in this hotel. The restaurant manager Mr. Ramanuj Mishra ji was very polite and helpful. He has maintained the restaurant service very well. We were very much happy to stay in this excellent property and will recommend others too."

"Very attentive staff to all requests room was 2 twins converted to a King bed so split in middle not so comfortable. Have had better for the price. Food at the Rooftop Restaurant excellent!"

"THE HOST AND ALL THE THINGS WERE VERY GOOD, IT IS NEAR THE MAIN ROAD AND THE ROOM AND WEASHROOM WAS CLEAN AND WELL MEINTAINED."

"On a quiet side street, place looked brand new. Wi-fi was fabulous."

The location is near a Urinal and smells really bad. The biggest issue I faced on day 1 was unclean bathrooms and unchanged bedding. They changed my room since the toilet leaked. So the staff is prompt and that’s good. But there is an issue with the toilets, water pressure and cleanliness of toilets. Rest the staff is...
