"Great service "

"The breakfast had an amazing variety of food. All of it delicious. The room was great, although too warm at times. However we had a door to the balcony to cool down. The staff were helpful and welcoming. Perfect place to base our visit to Lviv. "

There is so much attention to design detail, with everything from quirky options of messages to leave on your door for housekeeping, to local books left in your room, in case you need a good read. Everything is in top condition, and for something rated as three-star, it has everything a much more highly rated hotel delivers, including a fully stocked mini-bar. The restaurant is good and has a nice outlook. The young staff are very polite...

"We got a small room in the heart of Downtown. It was clean and cozy. Bedsheets were fresh. Shower a bit tight, but clean and did the job. This hotel is surrounded by restaurants, walking distance to historic places. Overall, it was a great stay for the price."

"Welcoming and helpful staff. Beautiful building and warm and cosy room whilst outside temperature was far below zero. Very comfortable pillows and a great bed. Very quiet over night so slept undisturbed. Great collection of choices for breakfast and view over the town centre from the restaurant. Plenty of parking space available. The hotel has it's own power supply and heating. There is also a shelter below the ground floor. Highly recommended hotel. Very close to the centre of the town....

"Hieno ja tasokas hotelli hyvällä paikalla, Oikea tähtiluokitus olisi varmaan lähempänä viittä tähteä kuin neljää. Hinta-laatusuhde oli loistava, kun vertaa Eu-maiden vastaaviin hotelleihin. Ilmeisesti asiakkaiden vähyyden vuoksi lähes henkilökohtaista palvelua. Voin suositella lämpimästi kaikille. Unohtumaton elämys, kun hotellivierailu alkoi opastuksella mitä tehdä ilmahälytyksen sattuessa (hotelilla on oma pommisuoja). Myös huoneesta vakiovarusteena löytyvä kaasunaamari oli aika hauska...
