"The staff the rooms the atmosphere location the FOOD. Well deserved best hotel in the state by far."

"We fund a bed bugs in one of our beds after that we decided to do the check out and leave, we tried to ask for refund and it didn’t work. Because they said we did the check out before we did the complain about that. I also took pictures but didn’t work anyways Always take a look in inside of the bed covers because there is where we fund it."

"Mostly clean, though the carpet had stains on it in the room and hallway. The room was fine - very basic, no coffee maker, only 1 plastic cup. "Almost everything was really great, and I would definately return again. The only minor critique is that there was no coffee machine in our room, and no coffee machine on the landing between the rooms. The machine in the study/sitting area only provided tea or instant coffee. The only real coffee available is if you go into the breakfast room, and then you have to wait for it to be served to you. When we do return I will simply bring a coffee maker with me, but that is annoying."
