"Wonderful bedrooms, stayed in a resort deluxe- was pleasantly surprised by the size of the room. Visited during half term so it was pretty busy but overall they handle it well. The adults pool was very peaceful and relaxing, with very attentive service. The evening turndown service in the bedrooms could be better. Overall a very good stay and I would definitely come back, travelled without children but is perfect for both. "

"The resort in itself is amazing and really huge. The only problem is with transportation if you wish to explore outside the resort. The reception would book you a yellow cab if you need which is ok. But the taxi guys charge you what they want and they only accept cash. And if you are looking to book an Uber none of them would accept since there seems to be a lobby for all taxis and they won't accept any Uber requests from this area."

There are certain areas that are looking tired and needs some work doing to them, but we understand money isn't readily available to get these done because of Covid! The food is well labelled for dietary issues although there wasn’t a big choice of dairy free food, particularly in desserts and day time snacks.
