"We actually stayed at the Crown Plaza Hotel since the HI Express was closed for renovations. The front desk clerk helped us find a Saturday evening mass and arranged taxi transportation to and from church. She was very persistent in making sure we were taken care of!"

"Very busy property, many tour buses unloading guests to check in. Lobby was congested morning and night. "

"I love this hotel. It is quirky and old, but well maintained. The signage was improved this time, and I was able to find my room easily. On a previous stay this was not the case, and I wandered around a bit. My room faced an alley and it got quite noisy, especially early in the morning. The radiator and towel warmer appeared to have leaked a bit, but worked well.The staff are just lovely, always helpful. "

"Our stay here had its ups and downs. When we first arrived at the hotel we were handed a handicap room with a roll away bed instead of the double bed we asked for. While the room was well designed to serve those who need it, it was challenging for us to navigate. Luckily the people at the front desk were extremely accommodating. While they couldn’t change our room the first night, the second day the made sure we were put in a normal double bed room. The only other problem is that the pillows...
