"The Davenport is in a quiet and safe location, close to restaurants and walkable to tourist spots. The staff are friendly, the facility is well kept, clean, beautiful decorated with floral ornaments. The rooms are cozy and spacious and the beds are comfy. The bathrooms are also spacious and updated. The internet speed is also fast. Love that the rooms were kept clean and most of all the great customer service and experience from this hotel. Will definitely go back and highly recommended!"

Lisa was amazing with helping me sort issues with booking through Expedia (i will definitely book direct with them next time, but thank you Lisa, only for you i would have been lost. Simon the manager, what can i say, the customer service, helpfulness, kindness was second to none. Really really appreciate how you looked after us. Thank you so much. "I love this hotel. It is quirky and old, but well maintained. The signage was improved this time, and I was able to find my room easily. On a previous stay this was not the case, and I wandered around a bit. My room faced an alley and it got quite noisy, especially early in the morning. The radiator and towel warmer appeared to have leaked a bit, but worked well.The staff are just lovely, always helpful. "

"Hotel has full restaurant and bar. Good location, easy walking around Waterford. Hotel has deal with surface parking lot across the street (was under some construction when I was there, but still functioning) Hotel room was a bit tired, but did have mini-split for in-room temp control. Toilet didn't flush completely each time, tall tub to step into for shower. "
